Asset Details
The Asset Details page contains the following
tabs: Basic Info, Sources,
Deliverables, Metadata
Sets, Compositions, Packages,
Comments.
The Asset Details Page
The Basic Info section of an asset contains
the following fields:
- Asset Name;
- Asset Slug - The slug of
the asset, which is identical to the asset name, with the exception
of any and all special characters. The resulting string is alphanumerical
and white spaces are converted to dashes;
- Parent - optional; the parent asset,
used for example, to direct episodes to the parent season;
- Asset GUID;
- Tags (or asset designation) - choose
from a list, as defined in the Designations
menu. See About
Designations;
- Type - Instance,
Movie, Episode,
Collection, or Season.

You can use the Comments section to leave
messages for your peers.
