Running a Batch Delivery Report Smart Agent

To run a Batch Delivery Report smart agent:

1. From the Smart Agent List menu, click Run for the Batch Delivery Report smart agent. The Select Execution Parameters dialog is displayed.

2. Choose the batch for which you want to generate a delivery report, then click Execute. The smart agent starts generating the report and its progress is displayed below.

3. Once the task is done and its status is Completed, you can view its details by clicking View Batch Report E-Mail. The Batch Report E-Mail dialog is displayed.

Note: To receive an e-mail of with the content of the report, you must set the E-mail Report Recipients in the Platform Details page for the platform used to deliver the batch. See Adding E-mail Addresses.

4. Additionally, you can re-send the e-mail by clicking Send.

5. Additionally, you can also download the contents of the report, in a CSV file containing the following fields:
• File Name
• Designation
• MD5 Hash
• Size
• Destination Path
• Batch Name
• Job Name
• Job Status
• Delivery Date
• Package Template
• Operator Name
