Running a Sync Files Smart Agent

To run a Sync Files smart agent:

  1. From the Smart Agent List menu, click Run for the Sync Files smart agent. The Confirm Action dialog is displayed.

  2. Click Start. The smart agent starts processing the files in the S3 bucket associated with the current organization and its progress is displayed below.

  3. Once the smart agent has finished processing, all the files that had not been ingested before are now being processed. The smart agent status is now Completed.
