Fields on the Sync Files Smart Agent

The following table describes the elements from the Sync Files smart agent:

Expand/Collapse button Click to expand or collapse individual tasks. N/A
Execution column The date of the task execution and the user that has run the task, in ddmmYYYY_HH:MM_<USER> format. String
Status column The current status of the task.
  • Completed
  • Pending
  • Failed
Progress column The progress of the task. Loading bar
Description column Additional information on the task, if available. String
Actions column Actions you can perform on the Sync Files smart agent or task:
  • Edit Smart Agent Schedule - set up or edit the recurrence of the task. See Edit the Smart Agent Schedule;
  • Run - start the Sync Files smart agent;
  • Delete - delete the task from history.
