Changing a User's Password

As a system administrator, to change a user's password:

  1. From the Organizations menu, click the organization that the user has access to. The Organization Details page is displayed.

  2. From the Users section, click the name of the user for which you want to change the password. The User Settings menu is displayed for the selected user.

  3. Click the Change Password toggle. The New Password and Confirm New Password fields become available.

  4. Type your password in the Current Password field, then type a new password in the New Password and Confirm New Password fields.
  5. Click Save. The user's password is changed.
