Creating a User

To create a user:

  1. From the Organizations menu, click the organization that you want the user to have access to. The Organization Details page is displayed.

  2. From the Users section, click Create User. The Create a New User page is displayed.

  3. Fill in the required fields, choose user Roles, enable or disable Upload Rights and Download Rights, then choose a one-time password for the user.
  4. Click Save to save changes and continue editing or click Save & Return to save changes and return to the Organization Details page.
  5. The user will receive an e-mail with the initial password and will be forced to change it when logging in.
