Fields on the File Naming Conventions Section

The following table describes the elements from the Organizations menu > Organization Details page > File Naming Conventions section:

Item Name

 Description Values
Create Naming Convention button Create a new naming convention. See Create a File Naming Convention.

Note: Visible only if there are less than 6 naming conventions defined.

 Create a New Naming Convention page
Name column The name of the naming convention. String
Type column The type of naming convention, which directly influences which naming convention is applied to the processed media item.

  • slate
  • timed_text
  • video
Format column The format of the naming convention.

Actions column Allows you to perform the following actions:
  • Edit - edit the naming convention;
  • Delete - delete the naming convention.
