Fields on the Package Details Page

The following table describes the elements from Assets menu > Asset Details > Packages tab:

  • preview the package by clicking .

Convert to Flat button		 Build Info Depending on the build status of the package, one of the following buttons are displayed:
  • Start button - displayed for packages with the Valid build status, it allows you to start processing the package;
  • Cancel button - displayed for packages with the Started build status, it allows you to cancel the packaging process;
  • Restart button - displayed for packages with the Started, Completed, or Failed build statuses, it allows you to reprocess the package;
  • QC Workbench button - displayed for packages with the Waiting for QC status, it allows you to perform a final check with the tools at your disposal. If okay, you can approve the package. See Working with QC Workbench;

  • Deliver button - displayed for packages with the Waiting to Deliver status, it allows you to deliver the package to the platform.

  • Delete button - displayed for packages independent from jobs, which have the Failed build status, and it allows you to delete the package;

  • Convert to Flat button - allows you to create a flat package from an IMF.

Deliverables list Build Info A list of deliverables associated to the package. String
Media item column Build Info > Deliverables The media item name. Media Item
Duration column Build Info > Deliverables The duration of the video/audio media item, expressed as HH:MM:SS.

Languages column Build Info > Deliverables The languages associated with the media item, in locale format. String
Tags column Build Info > Deliverables The designation of the media item, as defined in the Assets > Sources tab. String
Build Status column Build Info > Deliverables The status of the media item.

Actions column Build Info > Deliverables Allows you to perform the following actions on the media item:
  • Edit - open the media item details page to edit;
  • Preview - opens a modal dialog with a video player to preview the media item;
  • Download - download the media item;
  • Re-ingest - restarts the ingest process for the media item;
  • Open QC Workbench - see Work with QC Workbench;
  • Send to QC - in flat packages, send the media item to QC.
