Fields on the Compositions Tab

The following table describes the interactive elements from Assets menu > Asset Details > Compositions tab:

Item Name

 Description Values
New Composition button Create a new composition and add it to the asset. See Create a New Composition. N/A
Search box

Use to search for any part of the name of a composition.

 Any string
Filename column The name of the composition file.

Composition Playlist
Language column

The Language tag for the media item.

 String
Designations column The composition Designation. String
Actions column

Contains action buttons for the media file:

  • Preview - opens a modal dialog with a video player to preview the composition
  • Edit - Opens the CPL Editor to make changes to the composition. See Edit a Composition.
