Fields on the Job Details Page

The following table describes the elements from the Jobs menu > Job Details page:

Asset Name field Job Overview The asset that gets processed by the job. Asset
Platform field Job Overview The platform to which the job delivers the package. Platform
Delivery Date field Job Overview The date on which the delivery should be performed, used in the Dashboard, to notify you when jobs should be delivered. Date picker
Job Overview Actions Job Overview For the current job, you can always view the asset or platform, and you can change all fields, including the delivery date:
  • change by clicking and choosing another item;
  • view by clicking .

Job Analysis

 Depending on the status of the job, one of the following buttons are displayed:
  • Start button - displayed for jobs with the Valid status, it allows you to start the job;
  • QC Workbench button - displayed for jobs with the Waiting for QC status, it allows you to perform a final check on the job with the tools at your disposal. If okay, you can approve the job. See Working with QC Workbench;

  • Deliver button - displayed for jobs with the Waiting to Deliver or Failed Delivery status, it allows you to deliver the package to the platform;

  • Restart Job button - displayed for failed jobs, it allows you to restart the job.

Actions column Job Analysis > Deliverables Allows you to perform the following actions on the deliverable:
  • Edit - open the media item details page to edit;
  • Preview - opens a modal dialog to preview the media item;
  • Download - download the media item;
  • Re-ingest - restarts the ingest process for the media item.
  • QC Workbench - launches QC Workbench to process the media item;
  • Send to QC - sends the item to the Auto QC provider for processing.
