Fields on the Jobs Menu

The following table describes the elements from the Jobs menu:

New Job button Create a new job. Create New Job page
Date filter Filter jobs by their delivery date.

Date picker
Status filter Filter jobs by their current status.
  • Draft
  • Building
  • Waiting for QC
  • QC Accepted
  • QC Rejected
  • Waiting to Deliver
  • Delivered
  • Failed
Warning Level filter Filter jobs by their warning level based on the time remaining until the delivery date:
  • OK - more than 7 days
  • Warning - 3 to 7 days
  • Critical - less than 3 days
  • OK
  • Warning
  • Critical
Batch filter

The name of the batch in which the job is included.

Type a name and you will get a filtered drop-down list with batches that match the information you typed in.

Search box Search for any part of the name of a job.

Job Name column The name of the job. Job
Package Template column The name of the asset. Asset
Platform column The name of the package. Package
Batch Name column The date when the job package will be delivered. Date
Delivery Date column The description of the status of the job. String
Status column

Whether there are ad breaks included in the job.

Progress column Shows the progress of the job.

  • Edit - edit the job details;
